Original legacy operative paragraph
Source publication: 1998-02-17 · Document 98-3644. Independent observation edition: selected-ad-source-text-extension-3.0.0.
This paragraph is newly retained from the same immutable official publication. It is a legacy §39.13 amendment and the publication’s own AD header, not a newly invented Affected ADs heading. The earlier observation edition remains unchanged.
2. Section 39.13 is amended by adding a new airworthiness directive (AD) to read as follows: 98-04-27 The New Piper Aircraft Corporation: Amendment 39-10339; Docket No. 97-CE-61-AD.
UNKNOWN historical relationship: adding a new entry does not establish that no earlier directives are affected. No explicit historical replacement statement was established in this bounded operative paragraph.
