Before you email

Include only the details needed to understand your request. You can attach up to two TXT, PDF, PNG or JPEG files, each up to 16 KB (16,384 bytes). Keep the whole email under 128 KB (131,072 bytes), including encoded attachments. Files are downloaded for manual review; their contents are not automatically checked. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
