Privacy
Your search and report data.
Aerovidence uses aircraft records to answer the registration you search. Ordinary aircraft views exclude residential addresses and unrelated personal details.
What appears in results
Aircraft records
Search results use public aviation records and the registration you submit. Records can be incomplete or conflicting. Buyer views omit residential addresses, personal telephone numbers, email addresses, and unrelated personal details. We do not reconstruct information withheld by a source.
Search and service requests
Using the site
When you search, we process the registration you submit and technical request information to provide, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests. The application uses functional cookies for checkout and purchased-report access; see Cookies for their names and lifetimes.
How report access works
Purchases and access
If report checkout is available, payment takes place on a Stripe-hosted page. Aerovidence keeps purchase and report-access records; it does not receive your full card number. If you request report access, we compare the checkout email address and order number you provide with purchase records. For an eligible purchase, we ask Resend to send a one-time access link to that email address. The email includes the order reference and aircraft registration. The link expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. We store a hash of the link credential, then scheduled cleanup deletes its record after expiry. If you save recovery codes, we store only their hashes; each code expires after one year, and scheduled cleanup deletes expired code records. Sending can fail or be delayed. A purchase or recovery request is not consent to marketing.
Support and privacy requests
Contact emails
Use support@aerovidence.com for service or report-access help, and privacy@aerovidence.com for privacy questions or requests. Cloudflare routes incoming messages to our inbox service, which encrypts accepted message text, stored attachments, replies and drafts before storage. Resend is used to send replies. You can attach up to two TXT, PDF, PNG or JPEG files, each up to 16 KB (16,384 bytes). The whole email, including headers and encoded attachments, must fit 128 KB (131,072 bytes). Unsupported or larger files are not kept as downloadable attachments; readable message text may still be retained. Accepted messages and stored attachments expire 90 days after receipt; replies and drafts expire with their original message. Scheduled cleanup removes expired records.
Before you buy
Service availability
Report purchases are offered only when checkout is shown as available for that aircraft. You can check the current service status before starting.
