Enter your checkout email and the last 4 characters of your order number.
Where can I find my order number?
Shown during checkout and under Order at the top of your report. Use the last 4 characters, or retry with the complete AV-… number.
Use a recovery code instead
Use one private code from the recovery file saved with your report.
Each code works once for one year. If your report is open on another device, open Order, then choose Keep access on that Order page to save a fresh recovery file.
