Original legacy operative paragraph
Source publication: 2001-02-06 · Document 01-2743. Independent observation edition: selected-ad-source-text-extension-3.0.0.
This paragraph is newly retained from the same immutable official publication. It is a legacy §39.13 amendment and the publication’s own AD header, not a newly invented Affected ADs heading. The earlier observation edition remains unchanged.
2. FAA amends Sec. 39.13 by adding a new airworthiness directive (AD) to read as follows: 2001-02-13 The Cessna Aircraft Company: Amendment 39-12099; Docket No. 2000-CE-71-AD.
UNKNOWN historical relationship: adding a new entry does not establish that no earlier directives are affected. No explicit historical replacement statement was established in this bounded operative paragraph.
