Original legacy operative paragraph

Source publication: 1997-12-03 · Document 97-31678. Independent observation edition: selected-ad-source-text-extension-3.0.0.

This paragraph is newly retained from the same immutable official publication. It is a legacy §39.13 amendment and the publication’s own AD header, not a newly invented Affected ADs heading. The earlier observation edition remains unchanged.

    2. Section 39.13 is amended by adding a new airworthiness directive
(AD) to read as follows:

97-25-04 Cessna Aircraft Company: Amendment 39-10227; Docket No.
97-CE-19-AD.

UNKNOWN historical relationship: adding a new entry does not establish that no earlier directives are affected. No explicit historical replacement statement was established in this bounded operative paragraph.
