Original legacy operative paragraph
Source publication: 2003-11-13 · Document 03-28166. Independent observation edition: selected-ad-source-text-extension-3.0.0.
This paragraph is newly retained from the same immutable official publication. It is a legacy §39.13 amendment and the publication’s own AD header, not a newly invented Affected ADs heading. The earlier observation edition remains unchanged.
2. Section 39.13 is amended by adding the following new airworthiness directive: 2003-23-02 Cessna Aircraft Company: Amendment 39-13365. Docket 2003- NM-225-AD.
UNKNOWN historical relationship: adding a new entry does not establish that no earlier directives are affected. No explicit historical replacement statement was established in this bounded operative paragraph.
