These observations do not determine aircraft applicability, compliance, installed configuration or current legal status.
Original legacy operative paragraph
Source publication: 1995-12-22 · Document 95-31151. Independent observation edition: selected-ad-source-text-extension-3.0.0.
This paragraph is newly retained from the same immutable official publication. It is a legacy §39.13 amendment and the publication’s own AD header, not a newly invented Affected ADs heading. The earlier observation edition remains unchanged.
2. Section 39.13 is amended by adding the following new airworthiness directive: 95-25-10 Cessna Aircraft Company: Amendment 39-9456. Docket 95-NM- 56-AD.
UNKNOWN historical relationship: adding a new entry does not establish that no earlier directives are affected. No explicit historical replacement statement was established in this bounded operative paragraph.

Note 1: This AD applies to each airplane identified in the
preceding applicability provision, regardless of whether it has been
modified, altered, or repaired in the area subject to the
requirements of this AD. For airplanes that have been modified,
altered, or repaired so that the performance of the requirements of
this AD is affected, the owner/operator must use the authority
provided in paragraph (c) of this AD to request approval from the
FAA. This approval may address either no action, if the current
configuration eliminates the unsafe condition; or different actions
necessary to address the unsafe condition described in this AD. Such
a request should include an assessment of the effect of the changed
configuration on the unsafe condition addressed by this AD. In no
case does the presence of any modification, alteration, or repair
remove any airplane from the applicability of this AD.
