Coverage and source history

The separate HTML observation batch adds 40 retained official publications and 469 rule paragraphs. It records 408 fully written literal tokens across 32 labels; shorthand and broken lines stay unknown. These HTML sources have no verified PDF corroboration and have not been qualified as current regulatory requirements or paid-report evidence.

Search the recorded model words and dated publication clauses. The original correction-source observation edition covers 8 notices: 5 complete rule reprints and 3 fragments. A correction remains a separate historical source, not an additional independent directive.

The additional three R6/R7 editions retain identity and date passages, including a separately dated full corrective republication. They do not add complete applicability or model lists. Search matches recorded headers and extracted applicability, effective-date and affected-directive clauses. Complete document text is available at the official publication links.

The original observation edition records 79 publications and 172 literal observations across 8 labels. The first separate edition adds 28 publications and 53 observations. A second edition adds 26 publications and 127 observations from complete model/serial tables and literal lists; that second edition retains its original 50 unknown model editions and 30 unknown relationships. A third independent edition records bounded source wording in 29 of those model editions; 19 contain 86 additional complete literal observations. Across the original and four source-observation editions, literal discovery covers 164 publication editions and 512 observations. These are scoped source observations, not complete applicability model lists. That third edition retains 47 cells/lists with UNKNOWN tokenization. A fourth independent edition records the remaining 13 final-rule source structures as 85 source groups and 152 items: 74 complete literal observations and 78 UNKNOWN items. It includes all 15 rows of one existing official PDF image table, labeled as an image transcription with its original serial exceptions. Short suffixes, ranges, prefixes/nicknames, parentheses/slashes, broken lines and unclear cell boundaries remain unknown; An independent correction edition now records all 8 notices: 5 complete rule reprints and 3 correction fragments, containing 22 literal observations across 19 as-written labels. Seven dated original publications are linked by explicit citations; one original remains outside the selected scope with unresolved page references. Earlier correction abstentions remain in their original observation fields. Corrections are separate historical publications, not 8 additional independent directives. The earlier edition’s unknown fields are preserved. The third edition also materializes 22 exact legacy operative paragraphs: three contain explicit historical Supersedes wording, while 19 addition-only paragraphs keep relationship UNKNOWN. The previous three multi-target statements and all earlier observations remain separate dated versions. These are historical words, not current legal or aircraft-applicability conclusions. The 20,454-record FAA metadata catalog is a different source and denominator.

Source-introduction searches use the original wording only. Exact model searches use the fixed observed literal source labels without aliases, series expansion or manufacturer normalization. A match is a source-text observation, not aircraft applicability.

Literal model text in the new observation edition: 787-8, 787-9, 787-10.

Serial, installed equipment and all other conditions remain unevaluated. Open the dated publication for the complete clause and any unexpanded “series” wording. Manufacturer identity remains unresolved. New first-subject observations are scoped source words and are not a complete applicability model list; cells with unknown tokenization are not expanded into model keys.

Historical effective date recorded: 2022-04-11. Current legal status, aircraft applicability and compliance remain undetermined.
