What this historical correction says

Source publication 2016-12-30 · Document 2016-31693.

The notice republishes the complete rule. The complete applicability clause from this reprint is retained below with its conditions unevaluated.

Need for the Correction

As published, the amendment number specified in the preamble and
regulatory text is incorrect. The incorrectly specified number was
Amendment 39-18725; the correct number is Amendment 39-18728.

Correction of Publication

This document corrects an error and correctly adds the AD as an
amendment to 14 CFR 39.13. Although no other part of the preamble or
regulatory information has been corrected, we are publishing the entire
rule in the Federal Register.
The effective date of this AD remains January 20, 2017.
Since this action only corrects an amendment number, it has no
adverse economic impact and imposes no additional burden on any person.
Therefore, we have determined that notice and public procedures are
unnecessary.
